Scotland to MENDELSSOHN
The new video this year has at last been one on Scotland, and we decided to start with Mendelssohn, obviously using his famous Fingal's Cave overture. The video concentrates mainly on the west coast, featuring Staffa island, the Treshnish islands (including the puffins), Iona, Mull, Oban, Fort William area and the Arisaig peninsula. Other music of his to be used in the video is Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage, Notturna, and part of his Scottish Symphony.
